Raid Times:
All raid times are posted in Central European Time and our homepage is coded to tell you the time the raid will be at in your local time. 3-5 days a week atm with varying days. Typically at 8pm CET (2pm EST) and earlier starts on Saturday's and for farming targets. We never raid on Sunday's. Not all events are posted publically.
Rules and Guidelines:
Play nice: The Golden Rule comes to mind here. We like to treat others the way we like to be treated. Respect your fellow guild mates and your fellow Prexian's. We don’t Kill Steal, we don’t Camp Jump, we don't intentionally train, and we don’t Ninja Loot. We don’t use excessive profanities in open channels. We don’t tolerate extreme perverse, sexual, degrading, slandering, racist or otherwise insulting comments that could be considered over the top! Don't forget Spiritwalker's guild leader is a RL woman, and although we do enjoy picking and teasing everything has its limit!
Follow directions: Anyone incapable of follow directions on raids will be spoken with explaining their error their first offense. Warned on their second offense. Removed from the raid their third offense. If removed from 2 consecutive raids the third you will not be allowed to attend.
Leading Raids:
- Anyone may lead a raid at any time that does interfere with prescheduled raids.
- Check with Froakah if they day/time you wish to host a raid is free. NEVER plan on nights that have guild plans made already!
- Ask Froakah to post it on the guild homepage and in the MOTD so that everyone knows it is upcoming and can try to participate.
- Inform her if it is an open raid or guild only.
- You may chose to handle loot any way you like
- Loot rules must be announced before the raid begins, after everyone has gathered.
- If you are going to need help in leading make sure you ask for it before hand. And make the plans WITH the one you are asking for leadership help from.
Loot Policy:
Currently we are on a Need Before Greed loot system, we will be going to a points system soon. Should loot rules vary they will be posted on our raid calendar or announced at the beginning of the raid.
Probation Rules:
Probation Duration: You will be invited into the guild while on probation for 4 weeks minimum. This time may be extended depending on your active play time and guild member feedback. You will be notified if this occurs.
Remaining Active: You must actively play during probation or let us know why you are absent. Your application will be denied if you go inactive without explination, you may, however, reply when your play time picks back up.
Alts and bots are allowed into the guild without restriction.
Epic Fights: No epic fights will be done for you while on probation.
Loot Rules: Guild members will normally get loot priority over probationary members, although probationary members will also have their fair share of loot as well. In open raids and 'greed rolls' probationary members will get equal rights in most cases. Nothing will be allowed to rot. 'Greed rolls' are only done in rare occations that no one, member or app, have a need for the item. (These rules are only in effect until DKP goes into effect)
Before Your probation Ends You Will Be Required To:
- Register on the forums
- Obtain an up-to-date Magelo profile, it is your chioce if you obtain a premium (recommended for your ease) or free account.
You may find directions for obtaining a magelo on our forums, stickied at the top of "The Chatterbox", our public forum. This gives you 4 weeks to do so. - Complete a small quest, this is just for fun and will be a quest you can solo and complete within a few hours. If you have a problem in your quest you should contact Froakah.
